Atrium is a dynamic manufacturing organization focused on delivering high-quality products to diverse industries. They are currently looking for a Controller to direct financial activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Direct financial operations and activities for the manufacturing facility
Evaluate needs for procurement of funds and investment of surpluses
Delegate authority for receipt, disbursement, banking, and custody of funds
Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and external accounting personnel
Monitor financial activities, cash flow, and reserve levels
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Receive, record, and authorize requests for disbursements
Recommend organizational process or policy changes
Analyze data and provide financial reports to management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or controlling, preferably in manufacturing
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage 50, Hyperion Enterprise)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to delegate and manage financial operations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite)
Prior exposure to manufacturing industry financial practices
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in process improvement and policy development
CPA or CMA certification is preferred
