Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in a civil litigation defense practice

Draft, format, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

Maintain and organize case files (physical and electronic), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Manage court deadlines, attorney calendars, and scheduling of meetings, depositions, and hearings

Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel professionally and effectively

Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders

Handle a high volume of case management with strong attention to detail and prioritization
