Present event value confidently to secure upsells and new group sales
Identify ambassador opportunities and nurture referral relationships
Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high-quality service
Track and prioritize leads daily for consistent pipeline growth
Qualification
Required
Sales experience in ticketing, events, or call center environments
Strong persuasion and closing skills with a pleasant phone presence
Self-driven and results-oriented with a competitive edge
Able to navigate software and technology as needed to perform the role
