Responsibilities

Prepare a case for trial and second-chair by handling a handful of witnesses
Manage all phases of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, particularly of plaintiffs and expert witnesses
Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings
Prepare and argue motions
Manage case files independently
Willing to travel to northern California offices when necessary

Required

Willingness to travel to northern California offices when necessary
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
