Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities
Source and purchase components, spare parts, and consumables using OEM documentation and approved vendors
Research and procure goods and services essential for smooth operations
Maintain inventory of common consumables and replenish stock as needed
Organize and track spare parts inventory for easy identification and usage
Collaborate with team leads to streamline procurement processes and reduce costs
Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous items such as batteries, lamps, and fluids
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
2–4 years of experience in procurement or related industries (automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, or maintenance preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Forklift certification is a plus
Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, Maximo, and Oracle Cloud preferred
