Responsibilities
Source, analyze, and execute debt financing opportunities for healthcare real estate assets
Identify and pursue new client and lender relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing borrowers, lenders, and owners/operators
Collaborate with team leaders to contribute new ideas and strategies that enhance the division’s origination pipeline and market presence
Negotiate and structure loan terms to align with client objectives and business plan
Review and provide input on financial analyses, offering memoranda, and loan request packages prepared by internal analysts
Qualification
Required
1–5 years of experience in healthcare real estate finance, brokerage, or lending
Strong communication skills and relationship management skills
Proven ability to multitask, manage client relationships, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to originate business and grow within a high-performing team
