Marketing Manager
IMCS Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to manage cross-functional marketing campaigns to support the sale of company products and services in the annuities channel. The role involves developing detailed plans, managing multiple projects, and ensuring compliance with advertising guidelines.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed plans to monitor and track progress of projects
Understand strategy to help ensure the projects are appropriately executed
Build and maintain relationships with marketing, business partners, and 3rd party stakeholders
Manage multiple concurrent projects and campaigns at once
Ensure projects are delivered on time
Work closely with compliance to understand advertising guidelines and ensure they are followed appropriately
Analyze previous project performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Adhere to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience in project management, digital marketing, marketing communications, and or relationship management
Marketing project management experience
Problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Understanding of traditional and digital marketing platforms
Financial services industry experience
Workfront platform experience
