Responsibilities
Evaluate current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements
Develop functional specifications, process maps, use cases, and user stories to support solution design and development
Partner with IT and delivery teams throughout the SDLC to ensure solutions meet business needs
Support testing efforts by validating requirements, assisting with UAT, and ensuring solution readiness
Anticipate future business needs and proactively recommend scalable, sustainable system enhancements
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, governance, and strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
Proven ability to translate business needs into system and functional requirements
Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams
Strong Skills In Requirements Gathering, Process Analysis, And Documentation
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
