Kforce Inc is seeking a hybrid Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration initiative. This role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and timeline commitments.

Responsibilities

Drive overall migration strategy and execution
Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, timelines, and governance structures
Engage with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the migration lifecycle
Manage relationships with SAP, system integrators, and third-party vendors
Oversee communication and training plans for smooth adoption
Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualification

SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrationSAP architectureModulesProgram/project managementAgile delivery modelPMP certificationCommunication skillsCross-functional team leadership

Required

8+ years in program/project management with at least 3+ years of leading SAP migration or implementation programs
Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture, modules, and migration methodologies
Awareness of SAP module integration and cross-functional impacts
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to present to executive leadership

Preferred

PMP or SAP-related certifications
