Responsibilities

Own and grow national convenience channel business, managing all headquarter-level relationships with major national C-store retailers: 7-Eleven, Circle K, Casey's, QuickTrip, Wawa, to name a few
Lead national business development efforts, including new account prospecting, line reviews, category presentations, and authorization processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for national buyers, category managers, and retail leadership at convenience headquarters
Negotiate pricing, trade spend, promotions, distribution, shelving, and merchandising programs to drive profitable growth
Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with revenue, distribution, and velocity targets
Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding, order flow, fulfillment, and national rollouts
Collaborate with marketing to support innovation launches, promotional programming, and in-store activation
Analyze sales performance, distribution metrics, and promotional results to identify opportunities and adjust account strategies
Manage forecasts, volume planning, and promotional timing to support a rapidly scaling beverage brand
Represent the brand at national meetings, trade shows, and retail HQ visits (approximately 40% national travel)
Must have non-DSD working experience

Required

8+ years of beverage or food sales experience calling on national C-store accounts
A vast network of contacts to call on day one
Experience managing headquarter-level relationships with major national C-store retailers
Experience leading national business development efforts, including new account prospecting, line reviews, category presentations, and authorization processes
Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for national buyers, category managers, and retail leadership at convenience headquarters
Experience negotiating pricing, trade spend, promotions, distribution, shelving, and merchandising programs
Ability to develop and execute joint business plans aligned with revenue, distribution, and velocity targets
Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and customer service
Ability to analyze sales performance, distribution metrics, and promotional results
Experience managing forecasts, volume planning, and promotional timing
Must have non-DSD working experience
