Responsibilities
A focused engineering team responsible for developing:
AI-driven reasoning capabilities used throughout audit workflows
Document understanding and structured-data extraction systems
Dynamic workflow automation that accelerates auditor decision-making
Iterative prototypes validated directly with design-partner firms
Secure, scalable services and APIs integrated into our cloud audit suite
You will collaborate closely with product leaders, designers, audit domain experts, cloud platform teams, and select firms to:
Identify high-value AI opportunities in the audit workflow
Build and test prototypes that demonstrate measurable customer benefit
Scale validated capabilities into production-grade cloud services
Establish engineering patterns for AI-first development across the portfolio
Ensure high standards for quality, security, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
10+ years software development; 8+ years in senior engineering leadership
Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud systems
Expertise in .NET/C#, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems
Hands-on technical capability (AI-assisted development)
Track record shipping 0→1 products with rapid iteration cycles
Experience with AI/ML technologies such as LLMs, agents, or NLP
Ability to lead multi-team efforts in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Background in accounting, fintech, audit, or workflow systems
Experience leading innovation/incubation teams
Familiarity with financial compliance or assurance processes
