Tour Manager

Responsibilities

Maintain orderly operations with food truck personnel
Ensure that DOH standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the area at all times
Organize supplies, prep area and storage areas daily
Must be Food ServSafe certified
Supervise and use of equipment
Place orders for supplies and equipment in a cost efficient and consistent manner; ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained and stocked
Coordinate maintenance requests
Hire Staff
Manage Staff
Ensure Samples are prepared and distributed to restaurant standards
Document events
Report on each event
