Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information
Collect, verify, and accurately enter required data into designated systems
Monitor records to ensure timely submission to appropriate authorities or systems
Generate and review periodic reports to support departmental and regulatory needs
Meet productivity and quality standards as established by leadership, maintaining logs and submitting reports as required
Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
1-3 years of experience in data entry, records management, or a related administrative role
Ability to accurately extract and enter data from records
Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
Proficiency with common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email systems)
Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Familiarity with industry terminology preferred
Multilingual skills are a plus
