Responsibilities
Support daily classroom operations and ensure classes are running smoothly
Review classrooms and lesson plans to ensure curriculum standards are met
Partner with teachers on curriculum development and classroom support
Assist with preschool accreditation preparation, documentation, and compliance
Serve as a calm, empathetic point of contact for parents and families
Respond to parent concerns with professionalism, warmth, and follow-through
Collaborate closely with the Director on day-to-day operations and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Background in education (required for full-time candidates)
Positive, warm, and service-oriented mindset
“Can-do” attitude and strong follow-through
Comfortable with organization, paperwork, and accreditation processes
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
