Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse and production technicians
Manage all inbound and outbound logistics, including show shipments, rentals, and new product deliveries
Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, inventory management, kitting, and light manufacturing
Partner with Supply Chain to ensure consistent availability of critical parts and materials
Support the RMA process for repairs, returns, and customer service logistics
Maintain accurate data in NetSuite and Verge Aero’s internal systems
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows to improve efficiency and safety
Coordinate with Show Operations for event prep, gear testing, and shipment scheduling
Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and 'no excuses—let’s get it done' attitude
Be ready to roll up your sleeves—some evenings, weekends, and show schedules require flexibility
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or production environments, with exposure to manufacturing operations, incoming inspection, or quality-controlled material flow (preferably tech, manufacturing, or hardware)
Proven leadership in a small-team setting—comfortable managing, coaching, and working alongside your team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
Ensure accurate work instructions, kitting procedures, and build documentation are followed on the floor
Maintain clear material segregation (incoming, accepted, rejected, WIP, RMA, scrapped)
Help identify and implement process improvements across receiving, kitting, and light manufacturing workflows
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and inventory management best practices
Solid communication and collaboration skills across departments
Hands-on mentality—you don't delegate what you wouldn't do yourself
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely with tools, racks, and production gear
Willingness to support flexible hours as needed to meet show and shipment timelines
Preferred
Experience shipping Dangerous Goods (specifically Lithium Polymer/Ion batteries) is a major plus
