Ensure all customer issues are diagnosed and addressed promptly
Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot and mitigate data delivery issues
Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate customer issues when appropriate
Other technical support tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Must live in the United States and be eligible to work for any employer without work visa sponsorship
Available to work part-time hours during standard EST business hours
You are tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technical tools
Strong and reliable internet access from your home
Familiarity executing Python scripts
Knowledge of MongoDB and the ability to execute find commands
Strong communication skills
Ability to demonstrate meeting etiquette and active listening
Customer service orientation
Interest and ability to learn our Patient Privacy and Diversion SaaS tools
