We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our healthcare facility team in a multi-role position covering Payroll, Accounts Payable and Bookkeeping
Processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Assisting with employee inquiries and providing administrative support to department leaders
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with people while supporting both residents and staff
Qualification
Required
Must pass background check and drug screen
Previous experience in payroll, accounts payable or healthcare admin required
Must be experienced in skilled nursing facility billing and insurance, Medicaid applications, processing insurance approvals
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency with computer systems and payroll software a plus
