Responsibilities

Drive business strategy and accountability through delivery of key insights on drivers of performance

Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders across markets on business performance, with a focus on key growth drivers. Provide thought leadership and insights on incremental business growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand drivers of performance. Support activation of key sales strategies through regular tracking and monitoring of progress

Communicate insights to senior audiences by simplifying technical complexity

Partner with cross-finance teams, to share best practices and leverage infrastructure across teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience

4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree

Preferred

Experience partnering with technical, business, and operations stakeholders

Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data, building reporting dashboards

Ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate to influence senior leadership

Ability to structure and solve analytical problems

Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigating ambiguity, managing multiple assignments simultaneously, and bringing clarity and structure

Excellent financial modeling skills, with the ability to understand trends and develop insights
