Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions
Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Partner closely with sales/account management teams to understand client needs and priorities
Prepare and submit qualified candidate profiles to clients in a timely manner
Negotiate pay rates and compensation packages in alignment with client and company guidelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM system
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles
Meet or exceed recruiting metrics related to submittals, placements, and revenue contribution
Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and industry development
Qualification
Required
1–5+ years of recruiting experience (energy, engineering, or technical recruiting preferred)
Experience with contract staffing and/or direct hire placements
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
