Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financing reports across the platform
Coordinate borrowings and paydowns with lenders to support financing needs
Monitor and manage fund-level leverage limits in accordance with internal and external requirements
Serve as primary liaison with the custodian for asset-based facilities and oversee bank account openings as needed
Review and approve monthly or quarterly waterfalls and custodial reports related to financing arrangements
Ensure ongoing compliance with all covenants and requirements under applicable credit facilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry
Familiarity with credit facilities and/or CLO structures
Working knowledge of bank loans
Proficiency in Outlook
