Akkodis is seeking a full-time ADAS Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and integrate software for prototype Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The role involves developing software components, testing algorithms, and collaborating with researchers for hardware-software integration.

Collaborate with team of researchers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration

Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical) or related discipline

Strong programming/coding skills in Python and moderate C++

Minimum 3+ years of professional industry experience in software development or will consider less with an accomplished Masters degree or PhD

Hands-on experience with automotive or robotics software, including ROS / ROS2, CARLA or similar automotive simulators

Solid foundation in algorithms, software design principles, and efficient implementation

Preferred

PhD or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Computer Science, or a related discipline

Experience integrating hardware and software systems

Familiarity with real-time systems and performance optimization

Experience working within an Agile development framework

Knowledge of deep learning, computer vision, planning, control and data analysis
