The selected candidate will be responsible for providing solutions on the ORMB product based on customer requirements, troubleshooting production issues, and performing customization and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

Providing solutions on the ORMB product from customer's requirements

Working on ORMB product production issues, customization and performance tuning, patch installations, etc

Troubleshooting the production issues, providing resolutions and workarounds

Required

Location for this position is Chicago, IL. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 11 years of Information Technology experience

Experience working on at least 2 ORMB implementations

Must have production support and enhancement experience

Strong technical experience in development of ORMB

Strong understanding of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing ORMB system architecture and functionalities
