Responsibilities

Will be taking calls, entering and following up on tickets, and troubleshooting
Under general supervision, receives trouble calls on equipment, assesses problems, and delivers outstanding desktop support to internal customers
Researches complex problems. Serves as a technical resource
Provides problem-solving support to computer users
Provides direct assistance to diagnose and resolve client hardware and software Level 1 and Level 2 problems within SLAs
Prepares and installs end user hardware, software, and peripheral devices

Fully remote - PST hours
Length of Contract: 6 months
Hourly Pay: 25.00 p/hr
W2 Contract Only
Background Check Required
West Coast coverage - 1 position working 7:30am- 4:00pm (10:30am - 7pm EST), the other working 8:30M - 5:00PM (11:30am - 8pm EST)

IT helpdesk experience required - not simply customer service
Provides direct assistance to diagnose and resolve client hardware and software Level 1 and Level 2 problems within SLAs
Prepares and installs end user hardware, software, and peripheral devices
Knowledge of Okta (or identity management tool) Windows 10 and 11, O365, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office 2013/2016 Suite, IE/Edge and Chrome web browsers, Windows PC hardware, PC Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.), Active Directory, and mobile device (iOS and Android) support

Preferred

ServiceNow experience is preferred, but any related ITSM experience is ok
