Responsibilities

Partner at multiple levels within the enterprise to capture business and ensure execution success
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
Execute program growth strategies for domestic and international growth
Understand and represent customer needs to leadership while building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and key suppliers
Coordinate and align interactions, dependencies, and transactions between customers and other primes
Attract, retain, supervise, and develop talent
Travel to support business engagements

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience
Program management or project management experience leading US government and/or international contracts
Experience leading proposal capture activities
Experience managing cost, schedule, financial forecast, and technical performance for programs using Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, or similar business
Experience leading cross-functional teams and reporting out to executive stakeholders

Preferred

Proven success creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers
Experience with high rate, high mix manufacturing oversight
Proven success creating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers
Experience working with customers on government programs with complexity requiring direct customer interfaces, both internal and external
Experience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies
