Responsibilities

Effectively analyze / troubleshoot issues and summarize complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Implement business initiatives by analyzing business impact, feasibility, system constraints and business rules

Pull data from various sources to develop reports and dashboards

Assist in all phases of discovery work and systems rollouts including User Acceptance Testing

Identify trends and opportunities to streamline processes and create workflow efficiencies

Collaborate with teams to support and execute Macy Systems and Technology and Brand Strategy initiatives

Manage assigned merchant systems, functions, and databases and Uphold data integrity

Required

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university

Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically

Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
