Talent (Recruiting) and People Partner
Hyperproof is a company focused on streamlining risk and compliance workflows. They are seeking a Talent and People Partner to manage the full cycle recruiting process and support the operational aspects of their people function, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees.

Responsibilities
Own all aspects of the recruiting process including but not limited to managing posting workflow, application review, candidate communications, dispositioning, sourcing, building talent pipelines, candidate feedback, talent screening, drafting offer letters and supporting the offer process
Drive strong alignment with hiring managers and interview teams regarding recruitment strategy and execution
Ensure best in class communication at all times throughout the recruiting process
Leverage a variety of sourcing strategies, including use of AI platforms to streamline processes and drive high quality at pace
Daily and continuous management of each stage of the funnel - moving candidates through the process quickly
Support candidates transition from offer-to-hire by owning the onboarding process
Oversee onboarding responsibilities to ensure a smooth integration into the organization
Process all new hires and ensure completeness of requirements and documentation (Form I-9, background checks, employment agreements, etc., offer presentations, references, etc)
Partner with IT to ensure all equipment is ordered and delivered on time, ensuring a positive new hire experience. Manage issues as they arise and maintain direct communication with new hires at all times
Support and actively participate in the planning and execution of company events including Hyperproof Unite and regional meet-ups and remote events for our team
Participate in and help to coordinate cultural events including those sponsored by the culture committee
Provide operational support to People Ops function as needed
Assist in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
In partnership with the Marketing team, promote People-related initiatives on social media platforms
Support HR vendors, inquiries and requests for information
Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including scheduling exit interviews with the People team, managing tasks in Jira, deprovisioning accounts, etc
Process termination workflow and update internal records accordingly
Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure the timely deactivation of access and collect company property, if applicable
Input, maintain, file, and report on employee data as requested by the People team. This includes new hires, pay and status changes, org chart maintenance, terminations, verification of employment requests, etc
Conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity in systems
Reporting, basic data analysis, etc
Qualification
Required
2-5 years recruiting experience in SaaS with demonstrated track record of successful outcomes
Experience recruiting internationally including in India and LATAM regions with demonstrated ability to navigate regional expectations
HR degree or demonstrated interest in the HR field strongly preferred as the role will evolve to supporting other People Ops projects when recruitment volume is down
