Generating, analyzing, and interpreting data to support operational decision-making, performance monitoring, and process improvement across the Operations division

Communicating data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent business experience

3-6 years of data analytics experience

Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, or similar analytic platforms

Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider models, especially Home Health operations and Utilization Management workflows

Experience with cloud-based data environments and large-scale data extraction and transformation

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in an accessible way

Experience with project documentation, gap analysis, and source-to-target mapping

Data analytics: 3 years (Required)

Healthplan Payer: 3 years (Required)

Home Health Operation: 3 years (Required)

MS-Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS): 3 years (Required)
