Respond to emergencies and manage corrective actions
Provide technical guidance, training, and leadership to teams
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or trade qualification
6+ years' relevant engineering experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
