Responsibilities
Drive Investment Decisions: Build and maintain sophisticated dynamic financial models that provide the foundation for multi-million dollar investment committees
Deliver Market Intelligence: Transform raw market data into persuasive narratives. You will produce high-quality offering memorandums and investor presentations that clearly articulate the 'why' behind an investment decision
Execute Due Diligence: Support the transaction process by obtaining documents from owners, lenders, legal counsel, and third-parties, ensuring seamless transaction execution
Optimize Portfolio Performance: Track and report on asset performance, identifying opportunities for refinancing or disposition based on shifting market conditions
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, or commercial real estate finance
Expert-level Excel skills: You should be comfortable building models from scratch, utilizing advanced formulas, and ensuring 'audit-ready' accuracy
Real Estate Fluency: A basic understanding of real estate, property values, and related investment concepts (loans, joint ventures, etc.)
Narrative Power: The ability to write clearly and design professional collateral that tells a compelling investment story
Ownership: Desire to grow your impact, balancing speed of delivery with judicious prioritization
Grit: A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple tight deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail
