Responsibilities
You’ll support the CEO + leadership team in high-trust operations — while building the agentic workflows + automation systems that remove manual work permanently
AI agents for email, scheduling, research, reporting, and docs
Automation pipelines ( n8n preferred ) + Make/Zapier/Power Automate
LLM workflows using agent frameworks (LangChain, Flowise, CrewAI, etc.)
Prompt systems + reusable templates + output QA
Monitoring + alerts so leadership gets signals, not noise
Ops Domains You’ll Automate Calendar + travel + meetings + board/investor support + HR/finance/vendor workflows + fundraising support + recruiting + LinkedIn ops
Automate the boring, amplify the important
If a process exists — we’ll automate it
If it doesn’t — you’ll build it
Qualification
Required
2+ years shipping AI/LLM automations professionally
Strong across OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
Built & deployed at least one agentic workflow
Strong prompt engineering + structured outputs + QA
Comfortable with APIs/webhooks/integrations
High trust + exec ops instincts (sensitive info)
