Business Development Manager- Robotic Mowers

Teksky LLC is expanding its outdoor robotics portfolio and is seeking a Business Development Manager – Robotic Mowers to lead growth of their GOAT™ wire-free robotic mower business across the U.S. This role focuses on dealer and channel development, market growth, and product demonstrations, requiring strong relationships within the commercial OPE industry.

Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) dealers and distributors
Build trusted relationships with dealer principals, sales teams, and service departments
Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance, forecast demand, and set quarterly goals
Support dealers with merchandising, demo fleet planning, and local market activation
Drive market share growth through sell-in and sell-out execution
Develop joint business plans with dealers to deliver sustainable, profitable growth
Expand commercial sales to landscapers, municipalities, campuses, and facility managers
Track competitive activity and provide market insights to Sales and Product teams
Lead hands-on product demos showcasing wire-free navigation, AI, RTK, and autonomous mowing
Train dealer sales teams and technicians on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Support demo days, trade shows, field events, and customer presentations
Manage pipeline, opportunities, and dealer activity in CRM
Deliver accurate forecasts and territory performance updates to Sales leadership
Partner with Marketing on local campaigns, co-op programs, and retail initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Support, Product, and Operations teams

Required

Proven experience in the commercial OPE industry (sales, dealer development, or territory management)
Established relationships with OPE dealers and distributors in the U.S
(Strong preference for Southeastern U.S. networks)
Demonstrated success growing market share through channel development
Hands-on experience conducting product demos or technical presentations
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technology-driven equipment
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a field-based role

Preferred

Location in GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, or AL
Experience with robotic mowers, autonomous outdoor equipment, or connected devices
Background selling to commercial landscapers, municipalities, sports turf, or large property managers
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
