The Revenue Cycle Analyst will develop and deploy analytic solutions to enhance revenue cycle operations, collaborating across departments to deliver actionable insights and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver reports that meet hospital and physician business requirements; provide training on report generation
Analyze financial and revenue cycle performance data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify improvement opportunities
Maintain and execute ongoing and ad-hoc reporting for leadership teams
Develop meaningful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Epic Hyperspace
Extract and validate data using complex SQL queries; optimize query performance
Provide end-user support and assist with data requests
Manage medium to large-scale projects, including timelines and stakeholder communication
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide training as needed

Required

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Three (3) or more years in a business or financial analyst role required
Intermediate SQL, data visualization, and analysis experience required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Epic Hyperspace)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Healthcare analytic experience
Prior experience in revenue management, patient financial services, and/or health information systems
