Generating loan documentation
Closing loans and finalizing loan files to be input to the Bank’s loan platform
Working with appraisers, title companies/attorneys, etc
Providing administrative support to the loan officers
Answering phones
Preparing memos
Helping customers
Handling tickler and exception reports
Maintaining and promoting business for the Bank by keeping good customer relations
Referring customers to appropriate areas/staff for required services
Assisting with other functions and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year or more related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Work related experience should consist of a mortgage lending or processing background
Educational experience should be business or financial industry related
