Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration readiness

Define technical and functional architecture for new and existing implementations

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements

Guide the implementation of standard and custom entities, workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and model-driven apps

Oversee the use of Dynamics 365 customization tools, including JavaScript, Power Apps, and Power Platform tools

Design integrations with other business systems (ERP, marketing, third-party platforms) using Azure services, APIs, and middleware tools

Define data migration, synchronization, and master data strategies

Establish development standards, documentation practices, and governance frameworks

Promote consistency, code reusability, and security compliance across all CRM projects

Serve as a technical mentor for Dynamics developers and consultants

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE/Sales

3+ years in an architectural or senior technical leadership role

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)

Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Web APIs

Strong experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
