Legal Services

Responsibilities

Traveling to trials (we cover travel, lodging, and meal expenses)
Set up and operate trial presentation technology
Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence for legal proceedings
Ensure smooth operation of courtroom technology
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
Set up and manage equipment in war rooms
Collaborate with legal teams to prepare evidence for presentation
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Adhere to legal procedures and guidelines throughout legal proceedings

Qualification

Trial presentation softwareTrial support experienceLegal procedures understandingMicrosoft Office SuiteAudio/visual equipment familiarityTroubleshooting under pressureOrganizational skillsAttention to detailFast-paced environment adaptability

Required

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience (Required)
Flexibility to travel (Required)
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, Teams etc
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
Audio/visual equipment familiarity
Understanding of legal procedures and guidelines
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred

Previous experience in trial support or a related field (Preferred)
Proficiency in trial presentation software, including OnCue and TrialDirector (Preferred)
