Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of retirement products—enhancements, new launches, and operational improvements
Develop actionable product roadmaps and deliver them against timelines and KPIs
Maintain advanced knowledge of retirement trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to inform product positioning
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments; ensure plan compliance and act as a technical resource for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate logistics and collaborate with compliance, operations, marketing, and technology teams for seamless execution
Engage sales channels, communicate best practices, and provide training on retirement products
Identify opportunities for new features and services; lead implementation to improve client experience and drive adoption
Track KPIs, analyze product profitability, and prepare executive-level reporting
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
5–7+ years in product management or retirement solutions
Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently
Advanced knowledge of retirement products and market dynamics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
