Responsibilities
Serve as Engineer of Record for HVAC and plumbing systems
Lead system design with a focus on performance, efficiency, and occupant comfort
Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and external partners
Mentor junior engineers and designers
Oversee project quality, schedules, and documentation
Support construction administration and field coordination
Qualification
Required
PE license (or ability to obtain Texas PE)
10+ years of mechanical/HVAC/plumbing design experience
Experience leading project teams from design through construction
Ability to develop and explain system approaches to clients and project partners
