Responsibilities
Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Mayfair branch location
Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently
Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures
Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals
Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
Qualification
Required
Ability to provide front facing member service
Eager to learn and enjoy problem solving
Ability to maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
Ability to process all member requests accurately and efficiently
Adherence to UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures
Ability to research teller transactions when potential errors are identified
Ability to communicate effectively with affected members
Ability to identify opportunities to deepen member relationships
Ability to build rapport and uncover needs
Ability to make recommendations and submit referrals
Ability to consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
