Responsibilities
Independently managing a caseload and calendar of court appearances and filing deadlines
Understanding and complying with all deadlines and other requirements as dictated by court practice manuals or case scheduling orders
Preparing and filing motions and memoranda of law
Representing clients before immigration and state courts
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated interest in and experience with immigration law
Active admission to any state bar
Preferred
Spanish language skills are helpful but not required
