Responsibilities
Researching and recording information on potential new targets
Financial underwriting and feasibility analysis of new investments
Weekly, daily and monthly flash reporting
Fielding and scheduling initial seller and broker outreach calls
Inputting and organizing information into the WOP CRM
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree with demonstrated track record of success plus 1-3 years of work experience
A bias for action and a desire to get things done quickly
Proven attention to detail, especially when contacting potential sellers and brokers
Understanding of P&Ls, cap rates and what makes a business attractive at a high level
Comfort conducting daily and weekly flash reporting in Microsoft Excel
Effective oral and written communication skills, natural curiosity and a personable attitude
Strong organization skills, experience working with CRMs a 'plus'
