As a Client Manager in the Natural Resources division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of energy accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery to U.S.-based clients throughout the insurance lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a designated book of energy clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution

Attend client meetings (virtually or in person) as required

Support the marketing team throughout the full renewal process including gathering underwriting information, reviewing quotes, and helping to prepare proposals

Process policy changes, endorsements, invoicing, and audits in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain complete and accurate client files within the EPIC agency management system

Ensure all documentation complies with industry and regulatory standards

Act as a liaison between clients and claims adjusters to ensure smooth claims handling

Monitor claims status and update clients on progress

Work closely with producers, account executives, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Participate in training, process improvement, and departmental meetings
