This role is focused on ensuring efficient cash flow management, optimizing liquidity, and maintaining strong banking relationships while combining operational execution with compliance oversight and technology support.

Responsibilities
Monitor daily cash positions, prepare reports, and facilitate wires/transfers. Prepare executive level weekly summary for the CFO and CAO
Manage account openings, signatory updates, oversee fee’s and maintain ACH blocks
Support SOX compliance and ensure adherence to treasury policies
Leverage treasury systems and recommend process enhancements
Assist in automation initiatives for cash reporting
Handle adhoc projects and assist the VP of Cash Management with various analyses
Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and IT to enhance treasury technology
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of treasury, cash management or banking experience required
Proficiency in treasury management systems (e.g., Treasura and Excel)
Understanding about treasury, banking and payment processes
Familiarity with bank cash management systems
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative team player
Motivated individual who is a team player with a positive attitude
