Senior Analyst-G&L Product Marketing

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end development of product marketing campaigns, including initial creative briefing, applying legal feedback, socializing assets with field partners and other marketing teams, aligning on strategy and measuring effectiveness post-launch
Build relationships with GCS Marketing team members and compliance reviewers to enhance cross collaboration
Own and lead close partnerships with external vendors who are crucial to campaign success
Keep a pulse on what channels, capabilities and tools broader marketing teams are leveraging to constantly improve and evolve our own programs
Become an expert and go-to resource for product marketing campaigns
Manage team budget process
Proactively communicate marketing progress, timelines, critical updates and upcoming priorities to leaders

Required

Experience leading collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to effectively partner on strategic priorities
Ability to understand and interpret data sets and draw insights from the analysis
Familiar with reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics
Creative eye, with a passion for designing visually compelling and effective marketing communications in partnership with creative agencies
Superior project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
Curiosity, a willingness to learn & a sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and ability to rally others around a vision
Detail-oriented with a strong process mindset
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe
Bachelor's Degree Required

Preferred

Experience working within highly regulated, compliance-oriented environments
Experience developing marketing and creative strategies
Understanding of marketing channels, setting and reporting on KPIs and audience targeting
