Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and stay ahead of regulatory and compliance developments impacting the company’s business across U.S. power markets
Serve as the primary regulatory liaison with ISOs, regulators, and governing bodies
Partner closely with product and sales teams to ensure all services, offerings, and market activities remain fully compliant
Advocate for the company’s interests in regulatory proceedings, stakeholder processes, and formal hearings
Provide internal guidance on regulatory risk, market rules, and evolving compliance requirements

Required

5+ years of experience in power market regulation, energy policy, or regulatory affairs
Deep working knowledge of U.S. ISO/RTO regulations, with demonstrated experience across ERCOT, MISO, PJM
Strong understanding of wholesale electricity markets and regulatory frameworks
Experience engaging directly with regulators, ISOs, and other market stakeholders
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-focused guidance
