Entegee is seeking Project Managers/Schedulers with 5–10 years of experience supporting substation EPC projects. This role is responsible for owning project schedules across the full project lifecycle and collaborating with various teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and manage Primavera P6 project schedules
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and procurement
Perform schedule logic reviews and time impact analyses
Maintain schedules for delays, changes, and change orders
Produce monthly schedule reports and metrics
Ensure contract milestones are accurately reflected in schedules
Support schedule narratives for client correspondence and claims
Document schedule impacts, risks, and project events
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of scheduling experience in engineering and/or construction project management
Expert-level Primavera P6 scheduling experience (required)
Hands-on experience with high-voltage substation EPC projects
Strong knowledge of project controls: scheduling, cost control, estimating, procurement
Experience supporting full project lifecycle ownership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to work in fast-paced EPC environments
