Responsibilities

Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the employee lifecycle as well as other key HR areas such as employee listening, talent and performance, learning and development, etc
Operates with a ‘business impact’ mindset; demonstrates strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data-driven insights into strategic business decisions that drive measurable value and improve organisational performance
Develop and deliver compelling data-driven stories that effectively communicate insights to senior audiences (eg C-Suite, HR Leadership teams)
Proactively collaborates with HR Business Partners, CoE teams to provide thought leadership for analysis projects; keeps stakeholders informed of progress and timelines
Ability to identify and build key relationships across functions including HR, Finance and Strategy Teams; works across the organization to execute on analytics roadmap
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging themes in the people analytics domain, identifying opportunities to introduce external perspectives, enhance product offerings and maximize impact
Demonstrates exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data including partnering with Data Privacy & Governance teams to obtain appropriate data governance approvals

Required

Experience providing actionable insights and compelling narratives
Experience of partnership within the HR functional domain within a global or matrixed organization
Deep understanding of people analytics
Data visualization skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful narratives
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the employee lifecycle
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data-driven insights into strategic business decisions
Develop and deliver compelling data-driven stories that effectively communicate insights to senior audiences
Proactively collaborates with HR Business Partners and CoE teams
Ability to identify and build key relationships across functions including HR, Finance and Strategy Teams
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging themes in the people analytics domain
Demonstrates exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data
Outcome driven with experience providing innovative advanced analytical solutions
Curious and inquisitive mindset
Understanding of the HR functional domain
Experience of relationship building and managing a group of either internal or external clients
Proven practical experience in developing insights and narratives for an Executive level audience
Flexible and responsible; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a highly dynamic environment
End-to-end problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to collaborate with peers and cross functional teams
Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness
