Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical deliverables
Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL/Oracle to validate requirements and system behavior
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solution design, testing, and delivery meet business needs
Support production and pre-production issues through log analysis and troubleshooting in AWS and Splunk
Ensure payment processing solutions comply with ISO message standards and industry best practices
Drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are met
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide clear direction to offshore teams
Act as a key point of contact for business and technical stakeholders

Required

Strong hands-on experience with SQL / Oracle queries for data analysis and validation
Solid technical background with prior experience in software development and/or QA
Good understanding of ISO wire format and payment message standards
Proven experience in the Payments domain
Hands-on experience in analysis and troubleshooting using AWS logs/databases/Splunk
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead deliverables and work independently with minimal guidance
Experience collaborating effectively with offshore delivery teams
