Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and facilitate ART ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Sync, PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events
Own and support PI execution, tracking feature delivery through the ART Kanban and ensuring adherence to Definition of Done
Foster strong collaboration across teams while promoting and advancing SAFe practices within the organization
Ensure ART delivery, maturity, and performance through meaningful flow metrics and dashboards
Oversee reporting and analysis related to:
Program Boards and Delivery Plans
PI Predictability
Feature and PBI Burndown
Cycle Time, Velocity, Status Reporting, and OKRs
Govern best-practice usage of Azure DevOps, ensuring data quality through audits, queries, coaching, and team enablement
Facilitate alignment on milestones, release cadence, and incremental delivery
Coordinate deployment and release activities across the ART
Manage ART- and solution-level dependencies
Partner with business, product, and delivery leaders to identify risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with SAFe
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and/or Kanban
Proven ability to lead, influence, and coach cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement
Experience fostering team self-organization and delivery accountability
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with enterprise Agile planning tools such as Jira Align, Rally, Planview, or similar
Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or project management certifications preferred (SA, SPC, RTE, CSM, CSP, PMI, etc.)
Background in wealth management or financial services is a plus
