Responsibilities

Track and analyze loan and bond market developments
Work with coverage bankers to identify ET client needs
Advise, pitch and negotiate with issuer clients
Assess and structure loan, bond, USPP financing proposals
Develop and execute syndication strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree
7+ years' experience
Experience in the Project Finance market
Solid understanding of Project Finance modeling, financing structures, and credit risks
Familiarity with key banking peers and investors in the PF and ET market
Ability to travel regionally and globally, up to 35%
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position
