Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, applications, and Microsoft 365
Troubleshoot issues related to QuickBooks, email, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Participate in projects such as:
Network refreshes
Server upgrades
Data and SharePoint migrations
Collaborate closely with senior engineers and gradually take ownership of project work
Typical workload split: ~50% support / ~50% projects

Required

Prior experience working in an MSP environment (required)
MSP experience is a must. Candidates without prior MSP experience will not be considered
True Level 2 capability, or strong Level 1.5 ready to grow
Hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Exchange Server, Desktop and application support (Outlook, Word, Excel, QuickBooks), Networking and server administration, SharePoint and OneDrive management
